Good kitchen filters available in the region of Asia?

Hello, long ago, I was told the filter is more favorable PLATE Hagen series AquaClear. Other than that, I was recommended by other brands PLATES Aqueon, Marineland. The problem is that these products are not available for my country and buy on-line means shipping will be higher than the price of the products. Plates available are similar in the Asia region that offers decent, if not, then similar filtrarion to U.S. brands set out above? Oh, and if possible, a cooking plate requires less maintenance: wash time interval / replacement of the media communication and does not require changing the cartridges because it is expensive. The size of the tank is 56L (about 15 U.S. gallons) Thanks in advance:)
